This place is huge. You can find books, ferry tickets, breads & cheeses, cafes, coffee shops, cookware, pastries, specialty groceries, wine and restaurants. As far as the latter is concerned, be sure to dine at Slanted Door and Gott’s Roadside. If you’re just visiting, then it’s going to be tough to eat at both establishments, but it would be well worth the effort.

Millennium Tower

Another standout feature in the SoMa area is Millennium Tower. This isn’t a tourist attraction, but it’s a major landmark. It’s the highest of high-end condo living you can find.
